Length Of Court Case In Property Dispute?
When a neighbor takes you to court in a property dispute, how long do these court cases usually take? One day? Weeks? Months?

Yup, this is my buddy, referenced in my thread of a few weeks back. The lady is more whacked than ever. She, or rather her lawyer, sent a letter saying the sprinkler system in the disputed bit of ground would be ripped out soon, meanwhile, her cute backyard, in which she could have some privacy if she chose to use it, hasn't been watered at all best I can tell.
She has the law on her side, in some strict sense of exact letter of the law. In moral and/or practical terms, she's attempting to make the law into an ass, into her ***** so she can play the dominant drama queen. The bit of ground is of no real practical use to her, yet she's about to spend more on it than she's likely spent on her much more serviceable back yard in years. Strange stuff from where I stand, strange.

Good question. I was wondering that, too. Isn't this one of the reasons for buying title insurance in the first place?
