My New And Improved Laser Light Show System!

I have been working on this thing for years now and have finally got (what I consider) and awesome setup. I'm still missing a 473nm (blue) diode pumped solid state laser though. Once I have blue.... I'll have thousands of colors covering the whole visible spectrum! I just recently purchased a set of 50,000 points per second scanners and amps along with Pangolin LD-2000 software and driver card. Pangolin makes the world’s best software and hardware for laser light shows. This system is exclusively used by Disney World, Epcot Center and Universal Studios just to name a few as well as the top night clubs in the world.

The video is of two beam shows I just did last night though; the video doesn't do it justice. It's all choppy and flat looking as well as out of focus. You have to see it in person to get a real feel of the capabilities. Oh well, check it out!

Make Sure you hit the "watch in high quality" link located under the video viewing area!

I'll Post some graphics shows as well over the next couple of days. I have to figure out how to get the frame rate of my camera not to screw up the show.

Thanks! It really is much better in person. I just realized it looks waaaay better when you click the "watch in high quality" link on the youtube video. Unfortunately it won't let me just paste the link that way.

Thanks G!
The projector is only 12" X 12". It's amazing what you can squeeze in with a well planned layout. I'm gonna be changing out all the lasers for more powerful units and adding a blue in the next couple of months. I'm hoping to get between 1.5-2 watts of whitelight. It'll be tight but should all fit. Nice job on the audio install in your 300E by the way.

Yeah, you have to be careful. This particular projector will light a cigarette from across the room on a full stopped beam. Fortunately, I designed the system with safety interlocks and a mechanical shutter to keep the beam from blinding anyone from a certain distance. Due to the fact the beam is moving so fast, full beam exposure is limited to way less than a microsecond.

Here are some more beam shows I did a couple of days ago....
