It appears a reasonable counter offer will come in tonight or tomorrow on the third choice.

Since it is a lot less $ than the second or first choice I am planning to also buy the fourth choice as its in the same neighborhood and can be managed by the same neighborhood managment company.

She came home this afternoon. ....perhaps too soon. She is woozy and dizzy. We got some new drugs today which we hope will help. We might have to take her back to the rehab home for a while. She went to bed about 7 pm and is sleeping soundly now with the dog curled up next to her.

We now have, it appears accepted offers on both rental homes. Both have rental history and have clients already booked for about half the expected rental weeks of the year.

So this week I'll be spending time with my lenders getting them comfortable with this new situation.

Actually we were not in the same building. She does in general, though, have to watch me curse at the refs.
