That's right. Brett Gardner, our new left fielder, comes through in the 10th. It restores some hope that the Yankees can get their act together this season.

The downside was having to listen to Morgan and Miller for extra innings. |

Hamilton winning made up for the Red Sox loss, though.

I was thinking the same thing but for me it was track and tennis. I respect good swimmers but it doesn't do much for me as a spectator sport.
I don't seek out tennis on TV that much but now and then a good match is something, and Nadal-Federer was some kinda match. Federer just about defines class, specially compared to McEnroe, Connors. And the Oly trials -- whoa. Didja catch the buff female of the ages, Jenn Stuczynski? Oh man, 6'0", 141 lbs, and babe through and through. Pardon me miss, could I interest you in a sharing of DNA material? Tyson Gay going down in the 200 was a shocker, hope he bounces back for the 100 and 4x100 in Beijing. Thank God the sweetheart of the rodeo, Allyson Felix held up. Poetry in motion.
