Its a gimmick.

Design a building which logicaly looks as if it will fall down.....get attention for it.

Its not real Architecture in my opinion.....sorry.

I just googled your Weismann and I think I'll have to come up and check it out one of these days. I only wish I had a chance to design a building with the type of budget that he obviously had there.
