That area is meth lab central (or at least adjacent). The whole thing sounds like fishy. See that guy with no nose? He probably melted it snorting speed.

My sister has pet rats. They are very smart, friendly, and clean. Kind of like having a little dog. They smell pretty clean since all they do is clean themselves.
