I'm surprised all the religious liberals on this forum wouldn't want to "convert" him to christianity, make him a democrat and then protest to spare his life, and make the tax payers support his enormous eating habits for his long and miserable life, because he's NOW a "changed" man.

Didn't the bible condone stoning? (yes)

This is not such a big deal. We've heard of inmates being too unheallty to execute. If he's not clinically diagnosed as morbidly obese, he's damn close. Have the prison doctor throw his ass into the infirmary and place him on a restricted diet. By October, he could be down to about 225-230 and ready for his nap.

How about a captive bolt stunner followed by exsanguination? If it's good enough for dinner, it's good enough for a convicted murderer.

Or just shoot the SOB.

"Too fat/unhealthy to execute" is a load.

The only problem with that is the little document called the constitution that expressly prohibits it (cruel & unusual punishment).

I don't think a murderer being executed in the manner in which he dispatched his victim is in the least bit cruel. It might currently be a bit unusual, but it wouldn't take much to change that.
