a local resident Ignacio Cadriel was pulled over for a traffic violation.after running his information police learned that he was wanted in indiana on several charges,some felonies.upon hearing this the party replied that he was in fact Oscar Eleazar-Ochoa and not the person he had originally said he was.upon further investigation he was cleared of the first charges but was still booked on felony forgery and identity theft.and will probably be deported as an illegal.
