Lubrizol Shareholders Overwhelmingly Approve Acquisition by Berkshire Hathaway
SWEET!
A $9 Billion dollar deal put to bed!  June 9, 2011 At today’s special meeting, shareholders of The Lubrizol Corporation LZ overwhelmingly approved the acquisition of Lubrizol by Berkshire Hathaway (NYSE: BRK.A, BRK.B) for $135 per share in an all-cash transaction.
