Wulll . . . I got me a list of properties the govt. is selling for a few hundred bucks to cover taxes and I can just see easy street stretching out before me.
Can you imagine those local govts., needing operating capital and all, selling properties worth 5 or 6 figures for a few hundred $$? Oh man, if they're going to be that dumb, I'm going to take 'em. Hot damn!

They have been running those adds like crazy around here.
Now they say if your name begins with an A-S, call now, S-Z tomarrow.  The new one I just heard today is: "if you make under $8k a month call now, those that make over $8k a month call tomarrow." I am tempted to call just for fun, I'd love to see what they call a "deal".
