Computer Question

I am using Auslogics Disk Defrag. and i need a good program to remove all of the Junk Files.Any suggestions would be help full.

CCleaner here

Works great. You won't believe how much useless junk it removes (just look at the file list if you're curious)

It also has a built in registry tool.
