I'd hate to see you have to dispose of that all on your own, where can I help you get rid of it?

Good luck man, and close the door!
There were, then they cut them out for budgetary reasons causing some uproar and they might be back. More questions for the guy when he gets here!

IIRC the cost of the asbestos abatement was near the cost of the new boiler. It'd be snap to do it again. From what I've found on this model it was available HHO, NG and HHO/NG so I'm hoping it's just a burner change.

We've been slowly replacing wood with single-pane overhead doors with insulated aluminum double-pane ones. 5 down, 4 to go. Then onto the rest of the windows.

I'm very excited to get the energy audit done to see the results. Having it all on one page will make it an easy sell. I know there's a veritable gold mine of improvements we can make.

For a cheap temp fix on the windows put that plastic HD sells over them. It actualy does seem to work, and it costs close to nothing. Just put some tape around the trim, put the plastic on, and hit it with a heat gun. Its shrink wrap.
