not really a "story" but i called the dealer and was given an incorrect code for the radio in my 93 300se. i found a post on the audio board that had a link to the becker site. i called becker na and left a message. about 30 minutes later a tech fr becker called me back and explained how to pull the serial number from the radio w/out having to remove it from the dash and then provided the correct code. i just thought i would pass along a "good service" story
