You wouldn't be able to tell from the other post unless you just take his word for it. Hell, you know most Democrats can't afford phones anyway, and the Republicans are too smart to fall for such a prank.

I have been working elections for years (can't this week--wife out of town) and have seen it from both sides--its the tip of the iceberg.

But if you look at the other post, its whiny, and doesn't even have a link posted. Just a "I heard, ect....." Pretty weak.
