Its nice when I stop by my parents house, always warmly greeted by my old friends.





I grew up with these guys, but moved out of my parents house 4 years ago. Jake (left) is a Chesapeake Bay Retriever and Bean is a Chihuahua. Its kind of sad, both are close in age 12 and 11, and have health issues. Bean was recently diagnosed with congestive heart failure, and Jake is on 3 different pain medications so he can walk comfortably. I'm sure I'll be devastated when they go. Jake used to sleep at the foot of my bed every night, and Bean is the most loving, quiet, and well mannered Chihuahua I have ever encountered.
