Its not a sure thing but I can often tell the difference. If you get to know some aisian folks you will be able too. There is a lot of different groups in China though and a lot of variation in appearances.
Many Philipinos have some Spanish blood and this often shows a bit. Vietnamese are usually darker complected. Its a bit like being able to distinguish a south african accent from British, Scottish or Aussie....at first they all sound like British. If you are really good you can probably distinguish Aussie from Kiwi....(new zealand). Its never a sure thing though, there is a lot of variation in the appearances of Humans.

I know for sure Japanese women taste pretty good, also other SE Asians
Seriously all us meat eaters do toe the fine line between cannibalism and sanity, pork meat which is quite popular tastes close to human flesh so even thoug the idea of cannibalism grosses us all out, I can now relate to vegetarians getting repulsed at all the meat on display.
