Considering the starship mileage, tons of rust, and going flat tire, no I'd say its too expensive.

I wouldn't touch a car from Ohio with a 10ft pole, those things are scary how bad they rust.

Yes, it looks a bit rusty. You need to avoid the older Mercedes with rust. It only gets worse and it spreads quickly.
