anyone ever dropped an engine cradle from a '00 Park Ave.?

I need to swap the engine in a 2000 Buick Park Ave. tomorrow. The engine is seized so I'll need to drop the engine cradle (can't spin the engine to undo the t.c.). Does anyone have any pointers for me? I'll be doing the work on a lift but any insight would be much appreciated. I'm trying to find a factory service manual online but can't. From what I've heard, dropping the cradle is the factory way to R&R the engine.

Thanks
David

Should be easy. Is the steering rack on the cradle or the body I cant remember. If you have to disconnect the steering shaft make sure you lock the steering wheel in place. If the wheel turns too far in one direction the clock spring for the airbag can break. Guarandamnteed you'll get to find out just how long a wire can get before it breaks when that engine is coming out.

Good Luck.
