To say, as you did, that capitalism is failing, is a vast over-simplification. When government regulates business, and then business fails, it must be determined whether it was capitalism, or government regulation that failed.
One simple example, if government taxes a business at a rate that makes it products unaffordable, who bears responsibility for the failure? Several years ago, the government thought that raising taxes on large yacht sales was a way to get money from a sector of the economy that re recession-proof. Instead, the increased taxes forced yacht buyers to buy overseas, and the US yacht industry collapsed. So did capitalism fail, or was it the government that caused the failure?

Fair enough. So how do you figure that we should pay into a system and not cash in on it? Now if you took off the payments to those systems you described, that might be one different scenario? Take SS for instance. Why won't I cash my SS check? I PAID into it. Sorry, your argument doesn't make sense.
