There's a big fat "H" on top of us right now. It's 34 but the winds are calm so it doesn't feel like it. Looking at a high of 51 tomorrow, maybe some rain in the PM.

Currently snowing, temperature is 19F and falling (low of 4F tonight)
Tomorrow a high of like 13F...with blowing snow. Yeah... Its 68 and comfy in here though! This week at night its supposed to be -4 or less for a few days, with daytime highs barely breaking 7-10F....

Started driving back to La Crosse, from Colfax...3" of the 5" predicted have already fallen and now are blowing across the highway...I started doing a 45º slide on the highway...said "Enough of this chit..." then I started smelling something similiar...then I said "Time to park this sailboat..."
So, I'm staying at a motel 'til tomorrow morning...I'll be starting the truck with seats lightly basted in an early January morning sun and an ambient temperature of -13º F. below zero...wind chills TBD...whatever they may be, anything under 0º F. is cold... Word on the Weather Armegeddon Laugh-lines is this crap is suppose to be here for 3-4 days yet...

68 degree's and the sky is crystal clear. The winds are blowing in the valley but up towards the foothills the wind is still. Gotta love Southern California
