You already have it all, the sword is just icing.

I have it all too. I feel very fortunate ... except when my kids are screaming.

Things are things. Happiness based on things is a deception. Happiness is a state of mind, not a set of circumstances.

Are we talking about a sword or a motorcycle..? Don't they make the best swords by a sort of Damascus process of folding, forging and hammering?

Crap, that's right! That's why we can never be satisfied with what we have and we always have to strive for bigger and better things!

Time to get to work!

How come the cars come before your beautiful wife? I have everything when I wake up on this side of the grass everyday...

I don't the think the list was in priority order...

I think the excitement of getting the new Katana just reinforced his need to recall his many other blessings, material and non material! Nothing wrong with that!

With every new acquisition, I too have a tendency to do the "12 Days of Christmas" kind of rundown on my previously bestowed blessings!

Sword not bike, sword is being made by a smith right here in Indiana guy name Rick Barrett. A japanese sword isn't really Damascus, Damascus is different true japanese swords are made with iron sand and then the sand is smelted into tamahagene (spelling isn't correct). And mine isn't tamahagene couldn't afford it mine will be made out of 1075 steel. Will be a super tough blade. Will post pics when its out of polish. As for the cars before the wife I can tell you more details about the cars than my wife will let me post about her (that goes for pics too). I realize I am very luckly simply to be alive and be healty but I worked hard in college and up until now didn't really think my hard work was paying off in terms of being able to afford anything really. But now I am very glad to have my job (or a job period). G-Benz hit the nail on the head!

Yeah one of these days I want a real Katana.

Probably a Bugei:
http://bugei.com/index.htm

Or cough up the money for a real Japanese one...but those are crazy expensive so I would have to find a deal.

Don't cut yourself!
