It's not that bad but it's not good either, in my experience.

Some drivers might not be supported.

There are a couple of programs that won't work on Vista Premium. My HP Laserjet has an issue and we have to work around it.

Probably would have been better off just reinstalling windows on your older system. I'd have waited till Windows 7 is out.....

"Mojave" was the pseudonym given to Vista when they were demonstrating it to consumers that thought it was the next gen Vista.

Yep. I had my laptop up for over 2 weeks without a reboot running it and folding/other stuff. Rock stable. And its only got 512 megs of ram! Vista would barely run with that!

Been running Vista since it came out. Still have the same initial install on my PC, keep it up to date with Windows Update.

Zero issues since Day 1. I use all the inherent security features (firewall, defender, etc.) and only use the free AVG for anti-virus.

Not a single problem, virus or spyware.

To be honest, I've had more problems with my Power Mac G4 and OS X. Especially font management. Don't get me started on OS X font management.

We have a Dell Desktop with Vista HP64 and a HP Notebook with Vista HP32.
They both work OK, but I'd have much prefered to have purchased both computers with XP installed.
I hate the way Vista constantly tells me $h!t I already know and warns me of stuff I don't care about.
