Went to a 80's body sculpting/arobics session today
Wow, I thought I was in good shape and this would be easy. The reality is that this really kicked me in the behind! LOL, it was a good way to start a Saturday morning and have a good workout. Was not sure what to think about all the 80;s music, but the girls were cute.
