Best price on Mobil1?

Who have you all found to have the best price for quarts or gallon containers of Mobil1?

I specifically need to find some 15w-50 before this weekend, I should have stocked up when advance auto had their sale last fall (5qts and a filter for $30) and now its back to about $8/qt. They don't carry that flavor in the gallon size either. I hear Walmart carries M1 as well, I may have to go check them out.

Walmart probably has the best price, but they are an evil corporation. Also, due to the "hurricane shortage" they don't seem to have much M1 product around right now....there's a "we're sorry" sign on the barren shelves at our local stores...

Up here, M1 goes about $6.27/quart - depending on your range 0-5-10-15-20W20-30-40-50...

There are a few ranges in gallon jugs...averaging the $6.27/quart price...

And, oh yah, hurricane apologizes on every shelf...

I grab a quart or two everytime I'm in the place...better to die a slow wallet-draining-dribble death than a samuri-blade-chop-between-the-eyes-at-the-counter look when you get rung up with everything...

We used to get cases of 0-40 from Boncosky Oil Company in Illinois. I don't know if they still do it or not.

Full synthetic? Where did you find that? All I've ever found is 5w30, 10w30, and 10w40. 5w40 is perfect for my Honda.

You don't have them there, but the only place I've seen it cheaper than Walmart is Meijer, a midwest Walmart clone.

I picked up a couple large bottles of M1 15w-50 for the M104 car just this past weekend. The Evil Corporation From Bentonville had a good supply, priced at $26 for a 5 quart bottle. So $5.20/quart. The local McParts joints are selling quarts of the same juice for $7.50, so it's a substantial savings on an 8 quart oil change.

I tried running 0w-40 in the M104. I have an M112 also; doing so means stocking fewer varieties of oil at home. But the M104 went through a quart every ~3K miles, whereas I've never had to top up with 15w-50 between 7.5K mile changes. YMMV.

Just being sarcastic. I don't like the shopping experience there, but I do occasionally go because they have everything, and at good prices.
