Fried spam is actually pretty good (tasting) but bad (artery clogging) for you.

Spam is tasty right out of the can.
I buy Lite Spam and slice it about 1/4" thick and microwave it. Then we have it as a side with eggs and toast. My kids love it.

I have never had spam.
I'm working on eating less since I'm getting fat. No more going out to very tasty, and well expensive lunch's.  Now I brown bag with a turkey sandwich, water, a banana, and maybe one of those 120 calore slim fast bar things, almost as good as a Snickers.Its killing me...I think this Friday I'll have a slab of beef on a burger, with 3 gallons of beer and a cigar for desert. Thats more my style...
