I would venture that "Lesions on palms" are more likely due to "long, tight grip" on Wii Wii...

...know any hard-core gamers that appear to be successful with the opposite sex?

I hate those thumb controllers. I prefer the keyboard/mouse or joystick of a PC. I've never felt any ill effects from PC gaming with the possible exception of getting motion sickness from Doom or Quake I think...
