My massage wore off
Well Monday was massage day. Today I'm thinking "man, I could use another massage."
I envy those athletes who have a personal massage therapist.

While I don't care for folks touching me, I oblidged (especially since an expert massage is $$$). I will admit, a pro can do wonders for aching muscles!!! My back has started to bother me lately (which I guess is age-related)...must be all of that hunched-over-the-PC stuff I do as a code warrior?!!
