ATV help
 

My neighbor asked for my help with his kid's ATV (quad). It was given to him years ago with no supporting documentation. The ATV has an electrical issue and I am attempting find info to troubleshoot. There is not much to it but I am looking for parts availability.

All I can find is the label "CCC" on the plastic bodywork and a serial number "LLCHSJ10141000664" etched on the frame. It has an 80cc engine and two wheel drive. There is no name on the engine, I did find a couple paper labels but unreadable. One opinion is this ATV was sold through PEP Boys auto parts store, however, I cannot find anything to support it.

If anybody has info please let me know. I'll post pics when I get a chance. Thanks!

Thanks Medmech, so far I found the ATV was manufactured in China in 2004 I'll keep searching other vin lookups.

well with the new laws concerning lead,which effectively shut down all sales of small motorcycles and atv's under 100cc's. good luck with that.
