Law professors constantly throw out crazy ideas. There is no way worldnetdaily is giving us a fair reading of what Sunstein proposed.

Maybe he's out to lunch on this issue, but I put zero weight on the worldnetdaily article.

You all seem to have an interest in public affairs. Why in the world would you rely on a website like that? I look at dailykos several times a week, but only as a starting point. Those people are zealots. They are not to be relied upon for balanced reporting or opinion.
