I hate sprinklers

So, I wash the SDL last week and park it overnight in my driveway(its nice to be able to do that now)

well my neighbors wife goes out in the AM to water her plants and of course my SDL is on the other side of the bushes.. Water spots everywhere with pollen stuck to them. My house has a water softener and prefilter from the main line into it so my spigot water is pretty mineral free.

But, my neighbors water isn't.

So I wash it, again. I go to Disney to do something and guess what.. I parked next to an island in the parking lot and their sprinklers must have cycled and bam... water spots and pollen. Plus they use reclaimed water

I really hate having a dark blue car. My car looks like it has some serious freckle issues going on

nah, thats ok. I usually dont have the will to put a car cover on at 11:30pm at night.. I just want to go inside and go to sleep.. lol

I'll have to put two coats of wax on this time and build a wall

better yet hermetically seal it. I wish they made giant zip lock car covers.

Thats why I'm loving my WHITE truck. I used to hate white now I won't own any other color.

Its been raining for days and I drove it on a muddy jobsite, and other than around the wheels it looks freshly washed from 10ft away.

The car is 22 years old. Entering it in a concours? If not, big deal....

But spots drive you nuts, I used to dust it every night during pollen season with my CA duster.

Mercedes should be clean!

You know when you'll really appreciate a white car- in the summer time when its blasting hot and you have to get in it...

The diamond blue color my car is looks good from 10 feet away even though its super dirty... Problem is my windows are tinted DARK, and the dirt is very visible on the windows..

I have not had the time to wash the car in the past month, as my semester is ending, and have been busy working on various project and stuff.

BTW - I try to stay away from sprinklers when parking my car.

Doesn't it rain like every afternoon in FL?

Why would she need to water then?

Yep. My dark blue truck sucks for dirt. By choice I dont think I'll ever have any other color but white.

My dad ticked me off once last year. I cleaned the car and parked it in the garage for the night. He moved it out into the driveway the next morning right as our sprinklers started doing there job

As I remember the water in Florida has so much iron in it that the residue would rust on the side of buildings, plants or cars or anything else if it wasn't filtered.
