My sister was going to put a Katrina salvaged 56' wooden Chris Craft yacht out there but the price of real estate just outside Taos has dropped enough that she's thinking of just buying house. Much easier logistically, although the marine salvage company was willing to pay to transport it there from LA (because disposal costs so much).

Cleaning lady, and central vac is a must of course. We have it now, won't build another house without it. Doesn't cost much more when your building to add.

Damn straight, I want my Rybo right out front, and maybe one of these when I just want to chase the blues.:D

You might want to look into a positive air pressure system.

It keeps a slight positive air pressure on the inside of the house.

So dust and dirt do not get sucked in the nooks and crannies.
Or thur the doors and windows when you open them.

It makes for a lot less vacumming and dusting.
And improves the air quality of the house.
And can be plummed to recapture the heat or ac fromt the house.
