Looks good to me. The big problem with dirt is the high weight of a "heavy" plane and FOD. The high mounted engines minimize that FOD, and the runway appears to be baked to fare-thee-well and fairly smooth. It was probably graded off during the rainy season.
As was mentioned in the remarks, the 727 is the modern DC 3.
