sooooo. all you chemists out there, what is the MJ/liter for Pee. given they said it contains 4 atoms hydrogen bonded to 2 atoms nitrogen for each urea molecule. the article gives power in voltage and output in watts but doesnt give any net amounts or amounts used to obtain these numbers
gasolene is 32MJ/liter or 125,000BTU/US gallon diesel is 38.6 and 166,600 respectively also, since Urea is CO(NH2)2, does this release CO2 or CO? ANSWER, it creates CO2, but it ends up bonding with potassium in the urine and creates K2CO3 here is the article which was referenced http://www.rsc.org/chemistryworld/News/2009/July/02070902.asp |
