Trip from Ohio To Yellowstone In a New 911

What great roads can people recommend. I'm aware of Beartooth highway in northern Wyoming. Will for sure be driving to Yellowstone and through the Tetons. Haven't decided whether to go north or south from there.

What was the last year that Porsche sold a "911"? 1989?

They still make them....Although they are just commonly referred to as the Carerra, gtr, etc. Back in the 90s it was the 993, 996, all those fun ones.

edit: they are still referred to as the 993, 996 after a quick search.

According to their website they offer 14 911 models for 2009/10. I recomend the GT2 or 3 since they have the most juice.

Nice, going to do a few top speed runs?

Hence the Porsche driving school mantra . . . slow going in, fast going out.

Its become almost comical, and certainly predictable that every year the enthusiast mags test "The newest and latest 911" . Then they go on to state that this year's model represents the ultimate 911.
And then Porsche improves upon "the best 911"

I think that's been going on for over 20 years.
