We're lucky here this year....moderate temps. Today it only reached 76. I've needed A/C in the car maybe 6 times all year, and maybe 10 days of the summer in the house. That's it. And its been nice and cool most nights too. Saves $$$ And makes working on the car much more enjoyable.

I feel like I'm in the Amazon rain forest. Humid as can be and it rains every couple of hours.

us too, weird weather for upstate new york. this rain ruined my strawberries and has made mowing the yard ridiculous. it's to the point where the only nice day we have in a two week period is the day to mow the lawn, which has reached spectacular heights because of the moisture. i'd love a nice three day spell of heat and dryness, even if it was a scorcher.

Until yesterday, 15 consecutive days with temps over 103, last rain was in May. Broke it yesterday with 2.2" in 45 minutes. Dawg in heaven is looking after us.

I'm missing the Angels this year, and my brother came here where it is 105 this weekend, to get away from the humid 103 in Seattle. I've stayed inside a nice cool house all day, so I am good. I wonder how Vegas will be when I am there later this month...

Here in the Bay area, we're having a normally Seattle-like summer. Word is that global warming is increasing fog activity. I don't think we've had one really hot day here yet. 95 to 100 here feels pretty dang hot. My neighbor said the other day: "Global warming?! I'm thinking I need to buy a better coat to get through the summer!"

Come here; I will watch you wilt and laugh my a** off.
That's humidity thing is relative. I measure my days in T-shirts. A one T-shirt day is relatively dry. A two T-shirt day is typical, 70-80% humidity. Three shirts means you've been doing some real work or, it is some serious humidity. Today was a two shirt day.

I am fine with heat, as long as it doesn't get below 30 degrees in the winter
My sis lives in Modesto where it gets to be 110 degrees on some days. Usually more like 105 though. Here near the coast it has been a gorgeous, fall-like summer though.
