Seems a bit inhumane, but I will immediately start to limit the protein in all the animals I feed.

Tried all of that, for years, for zero benefit.

At this point, I consume reasonable diversified food group, good tasting stuff.

* Garden fresh vegetables, limited list due to allergies.
* Freshest possible fruit, canned when I must, some exclusions due to allergies.
* Bacon.
* Most other high quality, minimal drug, if possible natural forage air/land animal meats (allergies/flavor).
* Fresh water fish, allergic to salt water.
* Grains, difficult minimal list due to allergies.
* Dairy, limited due to allergies.
* Bacon.
