If you can't figure out that one, no one is able to explain it to you.

" A man is standing on a streetcorner whistling his lungs out.

A passerby comes along and asks him, "What are you doing that for"?

Guy says, "I'm keeping tigers away from here!!!"

Passerby says: "Don't be ridiculous!!! There has NEVER been a tiger here on the streets of this city, ever, in all history!!!"

The guy says: "Works pretty good, doesn't it?"

The terrorists could sit back and watch Bush destroy the country. Dubya has done far more damage than they could ever hope to do.

This thread is clearly to honor the 9/11 heroes. Please take the bush bashing to all the other threads and leave this one alone.

All the best to the fallen and the families they left behind.

I have the greatest respect for those that perished in the attacks. Go back to the post giving Bush credit for no further attacks if you think Bush should be left out of the discussion.

Hard to believe its been 8 years since that horrible day. I still remember it vividly.

Watching all of the footage from that day is still hard to watch.

I do not wish to offend, but the attack on 9/11, though many lives lost, was not cowardly. It had to have taken balls to do what the terroists did. I feel for all the peoiple, the family and friends.

Rest in peace all the people killed and may closure and forgiveness come to the hearts of those directly affected.

If "no further attacks" is a benchmark, then credit should be due to whom? For the period between December 7, 1941 to September 11, 2001 . . . Roosevelt, Truman, Eisenhower, Kennedy, Johnson, Nixon, Ford, Carter, Reagan, Bush and Clinton?

Let's keep political rhetoric out of the day, yes?

The attacks, to the extent that they were inevitable, were just displaced to Briton, Spain, and a few other of our allies' countries.

I'm sorry, but what those POS terrorists did is the definition of cowardly. It takes balls to confront someone face to face. To kill innocent people anonymously is the ultimate act of cowardice. I hope the virgins they were hoping for in heaven turn out to be homosexual hogs on viagra.
