My daughter hates that I won't let her shop at what I call the "teenage hooker stores"-Pink, Hollister, etc. Although I despise the companies that try to sell this $hit, I hold the parents who allow them to in even lower regard.

This is where the blame belongs. The corporations are going to sell anything they can to make a profit. Its not up to government, or the society to stop this--its up to the parents of the little tramps who think its somehow "cute" to have their 10 year old daughters dress like hookers.
