$500m for Fisker Auto for a hybrid

That's nice. Fisker works for Aston Martin. Fisker strikes out on his own. Tesla hires Fisker to design a hybrid sedan with Telsa hybrid components. Shortly after, Fisker enveils the new Fisker "hybrid sedan" with technology borrowed from the access to Tesla's work. Tesla sues for the $800k they paid Fisker plus damages for stealing the Tesla technology.

The feds give Fisker a $500 MILLION loan to continue development on the hybrid technology that they stole from Telsa. The feds are really paying attention, aren't they?

From the looks of the car Tesla technology is not the only thing he stole.

That lawsuit didn't go so well for Tesla. It went to arbitration where it was dismissed. The arbitrator was not impressed with Tesla's claim:
Quote:
...William McDonald, an arbitrator with private mediation firm JAMS, found the evidence "overwhelming" in Fisker's favor and said that Tesla's allegations asserting violations of the Uniform Trade Secrets Act were "baseless and neither brought nor pursued in good faith," according to a Fisker press release...

Henrik Fisker is one of the greatest car designers of our time and is it not better to bet on two horses: Tesla got a 465 million dollar loan from the govt.

Well, he picked a good name for the car (Karma). If he's a thief, hopefully the name comes around and bites him in the apse.
