Wish I could stumble across one of these.

Crazy stuff. That dusty veyron at the end is even worse! He might be rich, but no time to enjoy it.

If I was near that DeLorean it would be gone so fast that there would be flame tire trails from where it was sitting

ALSO imagine stumbling upon this barn in portugal? With all these in there?? I'm sure this story has been through here but DAMN I would faint if I bought that barn and opened it up to find this:

The first one looks like a genuine Ferrari F40, pretty sad.

I agree, hard to imagine an F40 neglected like that. I once had a neighbor that had a Lotus Europa similar to the one pictured sitting under a tree with an old tarp thrown over it.

The Ferrari F40 was a serious expensive car at his days and only sold to very special Ferrari clients. Behind this car must be an interesting story...

It would cost and absolute fortune just to get some of them in pristine condition again....

Whats this one? It looks like it has Mercedes taillights.....

Some of these treasures redefine the term "money pit". The P1800 should be thrown away. The Corvettes are probably a sober reminder that while the body may not be able to rust, the frames are quite another tale. The SL came from California, so there's a fighting chance that it's not a total rotmobile, although it's storage method will change that fairly quickly.

I think that it's a Lotus Espirit, not unlike the one James Bond used underwater in one of his movies. "Underwater" would also describe the financial fate of a would-be restorer. Run (or swim very quickly) from this one.

I feel bad about that.

Not *TOO* bad, though, of course.

Only the Testerossa, 993, and Veyron look like they were perfectly fine cars when parked. The rest look like they had hard lives and were parked for a reason.
