I bought a set of 2 DVDs with the Mercedes WIS system. I've followed the horrendeous installation instructions exactly - many times. Each time I get the same error: "Could not find file WISCDxxx..." - although I see these files on the CD. I even tried downloading both CDs onto my local C:/ drive - still the same problem. Has anyone else been battling this software install?!

I've pulled out nearly all my hair out and still no luck getting this bloody thing to work - argggggh!!!

Is there a trick to do this or do I ask the guy to send me my $20 back?!
