Had trouble deciding between the W124 and W126...then I remembered that I have a real hankering for the SEC wide bodies!

I've driven all those cars on the list and owned some.
My favorites, in this order: This is taking everything into consideration and my favorite model in each chassis. My favorite.......Examples I've driven 124...... E320, E320 wagon, E420, E500 107...... 500SL, 450SL, 380SL 126...... 300SEL, 560 SEC, 420SEL, 300SD, 350SDL 123...... 300D, 300TD 116...... 450SEL 6.9, 450SEL 201...... 190 2.3 210...... E55 E300 140...... S420 also driven a 129 (500SL & 600SL), a 220 (CL55), a 211 (E320 & E500) a 200x C240 , 200x SL55, a GL550, and a SLR.
