Think that I have met the one, but do not want to go to far to fast.
I have met one of the sweetest women that I could have. I really enjoy her company as she does mine. However, I'm not completly sure how she feels. I don't why I don't ask, but I just have not. I'm thinking about asking her what she is doing on new years eve? i don't know. Most importantly I respect her and she respects me. So, I don't want to move to fast for her or what ever, but think she should know how I feel.

It's tough man it really is. For me I always end up seeming to ask for example my last two girlfriends:
"You know Audrey, you're really sweet and I enjoy being around you." *holds hand* - Now sure this could be taken akwardly depending on the type of girl, but she was a doll. I've never meet a woman so friendly and kind as her. The same thing went down with Hilary. It really just takes the ability to ask. Make sure you're close with her though. My poor roommate jumped the gun a bit on his last crush with this and I felt really bad!  I feel like asking a girl out is one of the hardest things I've ever done. I'd rather go in front of a crowd of 10,000 people and give a speech. At least then I have a teleprompter or piece of paper to reference to.

Its not easy but if you want to go out with a classy lady you usually will have to ask her out.
Best of luck with her. You cannot succeed if you are paralysed with fear of failure, so just ask her out.

ahh....grasshopper, you must act quickly,,a connect like that is what all us other single dudes look for. its all part of the game. if you go slow she might slip away. ask her out and start the ball rolling downhill, oopps, i mean start the ball rolling. lol jst go for it, shes only gonna say yes or no.
oh yess.... love them crazy women. keeps me on me toes if you know what i mean.

I'm glad you have found someone you really adore. I'm not quite sure if you have a question here or are simply making a statement about her/you??
I would continue asking her to spend time together...as much as possible. Try to do little things together...like outdoor's work (mowing/raking, etc), cleaning around the house, going for walks, grocery shopping, etc. That is where you really take the step from going on a few dates to being boyfriend/girlfriend.
