I guess I would be against it from the standpoint that the person that would be sued is actually doing a good deed. After all, he/she is exposing the bad spouse for what he/she is and probably taking that problem away from the wronged spouse. I look at it like you buying my broken down car at book value. Take it for that and I will also buy you dinner.
