Need movie name
Not sure who was in it or when it came out but it about the guy who is being told to do things by someone he cannot see. Crazy stuff like jump out of windows and I think one seen had him duck because some crane was destroying the building around/above him. Any of this make sense? Looked like a good rental kill some time kind of movie.

Oh yeah, I just found a copy at home while I was ripping my DVDs (big project). I guess my wife bought it for some reason, I don't remember watching it. I guess I'll have to watch it now.

OK, lets try this again.
Young kid is adopted/fostered by a guy. Kids a smart ass/ street smart kid but id is good. The trailer showed the kids getting out of the car and he did/said something funny. I think the kid was black. That's all I have.
