Hey! When did you take a picture of my car!
That could be Minneapolis, but the picture is not recent as there is not 3 feet of snow. Even though the license plates are blurry, the look the MN standard plates.

I saw that guy on the 35W about a month ago. Passed him in my orange 300TD. His car is somewhat of an aerodynamic hazard.
 The wolf thing on his roof looks pretty cool, but I'm not sure what it's all about. An art car?
