Nobody "won" here... They both obviously had chips on their shoulders waiting to get knocked off and both had a problem keeping their mouths shut.
It was a explosive situation waiting to happen. I mean really, what kind of jerk wears an "I am a M_F" shirt in public any way? I bet the guy would have fought with a cop if the cop told him to put on another shirt.

(Not to mention all sorts of other freaky stuff.) The punk pretty much started all the harassment. The old guy didn’t want to fight. But at the same time could have done a better job of keeping his mouth shut. The other guy just kept pushing it. Not to mention, threw the first punch. There are also videos available of the old guy stating his peace off the bus as well. They both should have stopped at “..boot up yer a--.” From his statements as well as the videos and what others were stating about the incident. Any court would certainly side with the old guy.

He was in 'Nam and has a history of mental episodes. Also some cops tased him at a ballgame for sitting in the wrong seat bring drunk and yelling obscenities
