I seem to average around 0.24-0.25 each time. It used to be in drag racing that if you had an RT of under .2 seconds your were considered redlighted. The rules seem to have changed now.

Tried twice. First time I screwed up by red lighting and got a 2.26 in one time so I tossed that try. Second series I got a 5 try average of 0.2268

Over at the Miataforum there is a big argument about whether quick reflexes make any difference on an autocross course.

Clearly it cannot hurt IMHO.
