It's official...

I'm going to "w123 nirvana" Los Angeles for my spring semester in 2011

The real question is how i'm going to get my car there or maybe i'll use public transportation.

For the record I'll be living in Burbank in the Oakwood Apartments.

Los Angeles / Southern California is a whole 'nother ballgame of opportunity in this country. Spending time there, well, I highly recommend it. You will see the best this country has to offer - kind of like NYC. The big draw of So. Cal. is the weather - and commerce is something else out there. It's really an exciting experience I'm sure you will never forget!

SoCal is an interesting place, I don't think I would want to live there permanently (too many people in too little space), but you should have fun hanging out there for a while.

I lived in Encino in the late 90's. Really liked it there. I believe you will enjoy your time there. Good Luck!

That's right.

These shots were taken at the huge Aadlen Brothers pick 'n' pull in the San Fernando Valley area in North Los Angeles when I was there looking for W126 parts, and the Cash for Clunkers was drawing in lots of nice Mercedes Benzes.....

Always..W123, W124 and W126 cars there. So Cal rust free ones too.
