Had a Party last night
 

Things were pretty cool. some beer & mixed drinks and friends.

The guys were shooting billiards and making wagers. things got a little tense when disputes about shots were made. Who won and who lost bets got ugly. I asked a few guys that I didn't know that well to leave.

an exchange of verbal assaults were made and I decided to call the police.

just before the police arrived the "punks" left.

The officers told me that I need to be careful of retaliation and don't hesitate to call them back.

this morning I inspected the house and everything was okay.

I got a call later in the morning that one of the guys that started the altercation had gone on to a pool hall to continue his drunken exploits and wound up getting beat up in the parking lot and now is in serious condition at the hospital.

I feel bad for this guy but didn't really know him. He only showed up through a friend ( I will now reconsider) and feeling that I should have done something sooner to avert any problems.

Dean Martin, the Entertainer, used to call the Beverly Hills Police and report a loud party at the Dean Martin house when he was ready for one of his parties to be over. The police would show up and clear the place out.

But I guess with caller ID that is no longer possible

I hate it when people go and start crap at parties. You did everything correctly.

My Halloween was spent driving my two friends to the hospital because some little short jacked kid decided to be a tough guy. The best part is he now has one less tooth to show for it!

What happened, did someone practice some freelance dentistry with a pair of pliers?

Thief is one of my closest friends. I was at his party and I saw him get his A$$ kicked by a woman, it was funnier than $hit to watch him scream like a woman. :D

Around Halloween last semester I couldn't go out and drink because I had a 9 am crew call for a film I was working on. Regardless though I still decided to go out since my costume was my dad's old navy uniform.

I drove my friends down to this road called Propect. There were a ton of people and cars so I dropped every one off and went to look for a parking spot.

After I parked the car I walked up to this house where I saw them walk in. It was the wrestling house and I walked up to the front gate to get in.

There were these two guys. One of which was really legit and the other was this 5"3 jacked guy. By jacked I mean mini UFC jacked. I start talking to the cool guy and explain my costume while the other guy was watching.

The drunk guy said to me, "You're a gay sailor. I ***king hate *ags. You aint getting in."

His friend said back to him, "no man his costume Is legit. He's good."

Drunk UFC guy, " na you're a ***got. You've got 5 seconds before I pound your ***."

So I said, "whoa man ok ok I'm going." At this point he was jeering like he was going to make a move.

I'm tall and skinny. I have very little muscle so any sort of altercation I just say forget it and leave before I get hurt.

My friend Jake who is as thin as me left the same partty after they started kicking people out. He is 5"9 roughly so he is short and thin. The billegerant UFC kid started telling Jake to move or he's going to give him a beat down.

Jake though in his drunken stupidity decided to call his bluff. Sadly don't test a drunk jacked kid. Jake got his nose punched and this kid and his friend started brawling in the street.

My friend Frank pulled the kid off and said to him, "you're not about to be beating up a kid that's this small." Frank used to play football and is a pretty big guy. So the UFC kid flung his arm back and hit him.

So at this point the UFC kid's other friends on the wrestling team come out and start fighting them. It ended up being a 5 vs 2 brawl with a ton of people running away and some a brick getting thrown In a window.

I ran off with my 4 other friends and we piled into my car. I drive back and frank ended up fighting off 4 of the wrestling guys. However is nose was bleeding and misaligned (broken). Frank was with two other people who I happily stuff into my car.

At this point my car is in overload and I'm driving up Danby Rd. By this point the entire south hill neighboyhood has sherrif's department and IPD all over the place. I noticed this Sherrif's officer trailing me and I pulled down a side street and parked. He followed and the lights went on.

He was really cool, but the fact I had three police cars questioning Frank was nerve racking. Eventually Jake gets there and they're talking to the police. The entire experience was great and the officers were friendly and helpful.

Poor Jake and Frank had broken noses. I spent most of my night at the Hospital. Which sucked. Frank though managed to knock a tooth out and I see that kid all of the time!

Buddy, we are friends, but this was a serious moment. I wish you were there I could have used your back up.
